These Terms of Sale apply to orders placed with Cookvera Shop through cookverashop.co.uk.

2. Order process

You select products, review your basket, provide billing and delivery details, review the order total and submit payment. We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded.

3. Product availability

Products are offered subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund where we cannot fulfil the order.

4. Delivery

Our current UK delivery target is approximately 4–6 business days in total, normally consisting of up to 1 business day processing plus 3–5 business days in transit. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

5. Returns

Eligible purchases may be cancelled within the applicable 14-day statutory period. Please read the Returns & Refund Policy before sending goods back.

6. Faulty or incorrect products

If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
