We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, specifications, photographs, prices and availability accurate. Product packaging, colour or appearance may vary slightly from photographs supplied by manufacturers or other product sources.

3. Prices and payment

The price payable is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

4. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the goods. We may decline or cancel an order before fulfilment where reasonably necessary, including because of unavailable stock, payment problems, an obvious listing or pricing error, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information or legal requirements.

5. Shipping

Standard UK shipping is currently free. Orders are normally processed within 1 business day, with an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days after dispatch. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for circumstances outside our reasonable control.
